Valentina Gomez, Republican House Candidate for Texas’s 31st Congressional District, said on X on Friday that she visited a Mosque to tell ‘those terrorists’ to leave USA. It is clear from her language that by ‘terrorists’, she meant all Muslims. X limited the post’s visibility for violating its ‘Hateful Conduct’ policies.
Valentina Gomez says that “Islam has no place in America.” Her campaign message is that Americans should vote for her to ‘end Islam in America’. One of her campaign ads show her setting the Quran on fire.

According to her campaign website, “Pedophiles, Criminals & Corrupt Politicians despise me.” In another ad, she shot a dummy on the head and called for public execution of violent illegal immigrants.
Many of her X posts violate the platform’s policies on ‘Hateful Conduct’ and ‘Violent Speech’. While the posts’ visibility is restricted, as per X’s new policies, they are available for viewing on her profile.
Who is Valentina Gomez?
Valentina Gomez was not born in USA, as per her own campaign website. She calls herself a “Christian woman that only fears God”. The 25 year old has two brothers, one serving in the National Guard and another an Olympian. All 3 are Division 1 athletes and graduates from top universities.
Gomez says, “We may not have been born in America but we are willing to serve, and sacrifice everything for this nation because our story wouldn’t be possible anywhere else.” According to her, she moved to USA in search of a better future.

Interestingly, Gomez does not include ‘ending Islam’ in her list of key issues on her website. Her key issues include ending Planned Parenthood, making betting legal in Texas and ‘full support for Israel’ to ‘bomb these terrorists once and for all’.
She also promises to make Texas the ‘worst place for illegal immigrants’. She also wants to give ‘all pedophiles and murderers’ the bullet. Gomez calls herself a strong supporter of Donald Trump’s ‘Make America Great Again’ movement.
While many MAGA politicians publicly profess their hatred for Muslims and Islam, Donald Trump has very friendly relations with Islamic regimes. Only recently, the Trump Administration announced that Qatar will soon have its own airbase in Idaho, USA.
