Alexis Wilkins, girlfriend of FBI Chief Kash Patel has decided to sue conservative political commentator Elijah Schaffer for claiming she is an Israeli spy. She has also sued former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin and influencer Sam Parker over the same. She has accused the MAGA influencers of portraying her as a “Mossad honeypot agent sent to entrap Patel”.
According to reports, Alexis Wilkins filed the lawsuit late in October in the US District Court for Florida’s Southern District. She accused Elijah Schaffer of using her relationship with Kash Patel to drive online engagement. She has requested “compensatory, special, and punitive damages in the sum of USD5,000,000 or such greater amount as determined by the jury.”
Elijah Schaffer had retweeted an X thread on Israeli spy agency Mossad’s use of women to seduce high-ranking government officials. He followed it up by quote-tweeting the post with a photograph of Kash Patel and Alexis Wilkins.

Alexis Wilkins filed the lawsuit against Kyle Seraphin in August 2025. According to a Newsweek report, “The filing states that Seraphin is ‘using this fabricated story as self-enriching clickbait’, and that ‘Wilkins seeks to hold Defendant (Seraphin) accountable for his malicious and knowing lies.”
The country-music artist has also sued former Utah Republican Senate Candidate Sam Parker over similar accusations. She filed the lawsuit against Parker on October 31, 2025. The lawsuit says, “Parker has repeatedly lied about Wilkins, falsely asserting and suggesting that she — an American-born country singer — is an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI.”
What did Alexis Wilkins say about the gossip around her relationship with Kash Patel?
Wilkins appeared on The Megyn Kelly Show to in July to discuss the gossip mill surrounding her relationship. She told Kelly, “These posts got millions of views. And I could list all the ways that this hurt me and my family, but some examples are that people start harassing you, people start doxing your family, people start accusing you — aside from all the other stuff that’s hurtful.”
She further stated, “The fact that I’ve dedicated myself to this movement, to good values, to speaking [to] children, to doing things that I thought were good and in line with my values, but also the fact that it’s accusing me of manipulating the person that I’m with, that I love — you know, that’s a horrible accusation.”
Wilkins has repeatedly insisted that she is a Christian woman who has no ties with any foreign intelligence agency. Trolls have also attacked her for the age difference between her and boyfriend Kash Patel. The FBI Chief is 45 years old while she is 27. She said, “There are lots of couples with age differences in the MAGA world. It makes sense to us. No need to justify it.”
Elijah Schaffer and his anti-India racism
Elijah Schaffer has relied on peddling racism against Indians to drive engagement as well. He has regularly spread hatred against Hinduism. He got upset earlier this year because American politicians wished the Hindu Community a happy Diwali.
Prior to that, he declared on X, “Fuck anyone who praises or supports India”.
He has consistently engaged in hateful rhetoric against Indians, especially Hindus.
There has been a recent surge in racism against Indians in the USA. There has been a simultaneous rise in antisemitism as well. While Schaffer has accused Alexis Wilkins of being an Israeli spy, it’s likely that Kash Patel’s Indian roots has contributed to it as well.
