Lindsey Graham, one of Donald Trump’s closest aides, has declared that God wants USA to serve Israel. He made the comment in a speech in South Carolina, the state he represents in the Senate.
If America pulls the plug on Israel, God will pull the plug on us.⁰

Lindsey Graham is one of the most fanatic defenders of Israel in Washington D.C. Supporters of Donald Trump have often accused the South Carolina Senator of prioritising Israeli interests over USA’s.
What Lindsey Graham said
Lindsey said that Israel is in a fight for their lives. He says that Israel is surrounded by enemies who would kill all Israelis if they could.
The Trump aide also implied that the world should appreciate Israel for not committing a genocide. He said, “I am tired of the word genocide. Let me tell you about genocide. If Israel wanted to commit genocide, they could. They have the capability to do that. They choose not to.”

He went on to say, “This is not a hard choice if you’re an American. It’s not a hard choice if you’re a Christian. A word of warning. If America pulls the plug on Israel, God will pull the plug on us. And we’re not going to let that happen.”
What is the Scofield Bible?
The Scofield Bible is the most influential Bible in American Evangelical circles. It is the root of the Dispensational Theology, which provides the fundamental theological basis for American Evangelical support for Israel and Zionism.
The most important facet of Dispensational Theology is that it proposes that God has separate plans for Israel and the Church. It is due to the teachings of the Scofield Bible that American Evangelicals believe that USA has a divine duty to protect and serve Israel.
As put succinctly by Lindsey Graham, adherents of Dispensational Theology believe that USA will suffer divine punishment if they do not serve Israel.
