Prominent Republican author and activist Dinesh D’Souza is stunned by the outburst of racism against Indians among the American rightwing. The influential media personality of Indian-origin expressed his shock in a post on X on Tuesday.

Responding to a vile tweet demonising Indians, Dinesh D’Souza said that he had never seen such hatred in his career spanning 40 years. He also implied that malign influences are generating the anti-India racism among the American Right Wing.

Interestingly, Dinesh D’Souza had himself participated in spreading hatred against Hindus in the USA. Earlier in October, he had suggested that lawmakers should change immigration policies to outlaw Hindus from migrating to the US.

Dinesh S’Souza had made the comment in response to a tweet from a Christian bigot opposing the celebration of Ganesh Puja.
Schadenfreude Galore as X users mock Dinesh D’Souza
Progressive activist Alex Cole said that D’Souza was only discovering the consequences of his own propaganda.
You can’t spend a career feeding red meat to racists and then act shocked when one bites you. Congratulations on discovering the consequences of your own propaganda. pic.twitter.com/a3qecMv1D6

Hindus call out D’Souza’s bigotry
Not only American liberals but Hindus on X also called out the GOP political commentator’s bigotry. American non-profit HinduACTion accused him of enabling hatred against Hindus for years.
Dinesh, you enabled anti-Hindu hate for years… in fact decades.

Karma as you know… can be a …
But we have to fight and oppose this together.
They will come after us all,
X user Sambitesh Dash said that D’Souza’s Christian faith means little to the racists.
You thought by hating on Hindus you will become one of them. Unfortunately for you, your christian faith means nothing to them. They see you as the same Hindu you hate so much. pic.twitter.com/X3DKOAvsy3

Hindus also reminded D’Souza that his Christian faith will not save him from the torrent of Right Wing racism.
Christians in India think they are white adjacent. They forget, for MAGAtards you'll still be brown. Remember, Dinesh dissed his own country and countrymen in favour of the same people of who are hurling racist abuses at him! Karma! https://t.co/8Uo9SsHg8d pic.twitter.com/emBUDBaEgs

The day Dinesh D'Souza suddenly realised that having the same religion as his Caucasian masters and crapping on Hindus means nothing. That his Indian ancestry cannot be wished away. https://t.co/mP2E9k2IO0

While his Indian-origins have made him a target for the American Right Wing, D’Souza is receiving little support from others given his own past record of dabbling in bigotry. Additionally, he remained notably quiet as Right Wing racists demonised Diwali.

Undoubtedly, it is very difficult to sympathise with someone such as Dinesh D’Souza. Nevertheless, bigotry in all its forms should be condemned.
